The Facilitator will guide learners through the full curriculum, deliver practical sessions, and ensure strong competence in both foundational and advanced design skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the 10 months Graphic Design curriculum covering: Introduction to Design & Principles, Adobe Photoshop, Typography & Color Theory, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, UI/UX Design (Figma / Adobe XD), Branding & Social Media Design, Portfolio Development & Freelancing
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises for each module.
- Conduct weekly assessments, quizzes, and practical tasks as outlined in the curriculum.
- Provide real-time demonstrations using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Support participants to complete monthly and final projects.
- Share resources, tutorials, and recommended tools.
- Support participants to complete monthly and final projects.
- Offer individual and group mentorship to learners.
- Support participants with personal projects and portfolio building.
- Provide feedback and grading on assignments, projects, and presentations.
- Identify struggling learners and provide additional support or learning interventions.
- Guide learners on freelancing, client communication, rates, and professionalism.
- Provide insights into current design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support in organizing guest sessions, portfolio reviews, or exposure visits.
- Track learner attendance, participation, and performance.
- Submit weekly progress reports to the Program Lead.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities such as surveys, assessments, and documentation of success stories.
- Ensure all training content, videos, and resources are shared with learners on schedule.
Deliverables

Weekly lesson plans and training materials.

Practical student projects completed (logos, posters, brochures, UI prototypes, branding kits).

Technical Skills

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma or Adobe XD, and Canva

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout design, social media graphics, and UI/UX.

Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Behance).

Competence in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
